Fuse Group Digital Art Manifesto: Branding & Identity

Fuse Group: Branding and Identity
Identity, website and posters developed for the "FUSE Group", a hypothetical art collective. It was started with the desire to create a hypothetical internet art manifesto to help define and safeguard the rights of artists creating content for digital platforms.
This project was created during my exchange semester at Royal Academy of Art, The Hague (KABK) in 2018. It was conceptualised for a design brief that required us to take something that exists in our history and to bring it into the internet age. As a fan of the Dada manifesto, I decided to create a manifesto of my own on an issue very important to me – safeguarding and empowering art in our digital world.
The Website:
The largest deliverable, mockups for a website that encompasses the mission statement, points of the Manifesto, and sources for legal help for artists
Ad Campaign:
Posters and gifs to raise awareness and interest about the manifesto, all carrying the tag line of the group.
Earthy but bright colours, simple fonts and abstract patterns have been used to present a bold, but grounded image; to show the viewers the seriousness of the manifesto while trying to retain the abstraction and self-expression of the artists it represents. Textured colours have been used to give a rough and organic feel.
