Russian businesses are in distress

The project's landing page contains an interactive map of businesses on the edge of bankruptcy because of COVID-19 and a petition in which the authors demand the government to help entrepreneurs who suffer losses.

Business in Russia has already suffered enormous losses because of the spread of COVID-19 and continues to do so. However, the Russian government does not announce any plans of financial help in regards of this situation.
This map is an alarm. If nothing is done, after the quarantine Russia may be left with no businesses at all.
