Design of a voting website for the Athlete of the Year poll organized by the Prague 15 City District. The aim of the poll is to nominate and announce Athletes of the Year in five categories. The task was to create a simple and clear voting interface including a confirmation mail template. The design was created as part of a visual identity that you can see here.
