Balloons | Typographical Poster

This project that began in mid February was based around the idea of designing a typographical poster at would help display a literal-narrative for the word “Balloon”, by the way of a visual style that combines minimalism and simplicity together.

As you will see, the final outcome consists of the word “balloon” being displayed in a light sans-serif font, with both “o” letters taking on the form of two actual balloons, as well as the inclusion of black strings and a lighting gradient to help add an even further level of depth to the overall design.

For the display mockup, I decided to place the final outcome within an A2 sized poster that is held up by a person at chest height in order to help viewers get a better understanding of just how big the poster would actually be, should they themselves be physically holding it.
