The Underwater Fantasy piece depicts a mermaid on top of a mountain, under water. The ruins of a helicopter, a whale and a school of fish also accompany her. The mermaid looks above, where the sunlight, bursts through and showers her with light.
The composition utilizes a total of six images. All the photos were manipulated in such a way to add to the surreal nature of the piece.
The first composition shows all the photos embedded into the scene, with color adjustments to have them blend in seamlessly.
In the second composition, the completed design was then color graded, to give the piece a different tone and feel.
