The FiOS website was created as a fully toggable bilingual experience. Where all content, including interactive video, speed tests and testimonials was produced in both Spanish and English. This allowed the user at any moment in time to switch language, without ever compromising the quality of their experience. 
 
The site was created with a variety of tools to satisfy three primary mindsets, that of the Shopper, Explorer and Comparer. The complexity of the product and offering, required a variety of options that would allow the user to satisfy their needs at different levels. From the get in-get out mindset, all the way to the social shopper.
 
The over arching objective was to humanize the brand through the face and voice of the consumer. Bringing the product advantages to life through highly interactive elements, that included a "click to ask" interactive video where the visitor could learn more about the product and how it would improve their day to day life through key personas that represented a variety of experiences, lifestyles and backgrounds.
 
The site allowed Joaquin to showcase the broad range of his experience, where all the videos for the interactive Slice of LIfe and the testimonials were directed by him. Being fully bilingual, he was able to select the talent that was able to deliver the same dialogue in both languages, and take them through the task with the same quality of delivery for both Spanish and English. Incredibly, this was also accomplished in the testimonials. In this way, not only the written content, but all video content was also fully toggable.
