A Tradie’s Mate is an app companion that aims to combat mental health in a trade workplace. This App allows for Tradie’s to speak up about their mental health and the issues they may be facing. It encourages Tradie’s to talk to another person that is in a similar situation or is there to help them face their issues with reassuring help. With the apps useful resources such as community chat and social events feature, our group hopes that mental health can be talked about in a positive way that brings the Tradie communities together showing them that its okay to not be okay.
