I had a sweet opportunity to shoot for one of the new recipe at this wonderful family owned cafe in Chatswood, Sydney. The HongKong bubble waffle is pretty famous here and the thing that sets them apart, is the experimentations they do with various flavours. They're also famous for their gelatos which are made using liquid nitrogen. You get a show, great conversations with the friendly owners and a beautiful dish at a very good price point. If you're ever in Chatswood, be sure to give them a visit, you won't regret it.
