In this project, one of the main challenges was to solve the leakage the property presented, coming from the upper terrace. So we had to do a waterproofing job on the upper terrace and to design a new suspended ceiling, where we took advantage install dimmable spot devices on the perimeter of the new ceiling and two central pendants, delimiting the space dedicated to the TV set and another space for reading and leisure, in the other part of the living room.

A radiator heating system was also designed and executed, along with all the underground pipeline, and then we placed a new flooring, similar to a floating floor.

Then we made an opening in what was once a storage space next to the kitchen, opening it towards the living room, creating a studio/guest room. To conclude, we made some improvements in the balcony, we applied microcement in the bathroom, and painting throughout the property.
