Idea
Our team intended to create a service for searching for fresh ideas and business development solutions. Actually, this service can become an external innovation department for progressive companies, open for crowdsourcing, new trends, and approaches.

Challenge:
The most challenging stage of the projects was the messaging functionality. Since Telegram itself sets the limit on the size of text sent, the chatbot cannot exceed it, otherwise, the option to send messages will be blocked for a certain period of time. Our team has faced the challenge to develop the sending system, which will work properly in many cases because a high-quality interaction with a large number of members is one of the high priority tasks of the platform.
Solution:
The message sending was implemented to use queues, then in case of reaching the limit, it will be possible to resume the sending. A complex structure of chatbot interaction with users was implemented in this project, and it has provided the user with the possibility to review challenges, to ask questions, and to offer ideas. Besides, we created a user-friendly back-end system on Laravel, which allows publishing challenges easily and quickly, sending messages and reviewing ideas from members.

Members have received a great possibility to try themselves in solving real business tasks and in communication with different companies: in their turn, users have got a new tool, which provides them with fresh views, and can actually become the external innovation department.
Final Result
Every day, the number of members on the platform is growing, and companies are showing more and more interest in this service.
