The project consists of 3 parts: an analysis of international experience on the subject, determine the potential for the city of Kazan, the development of the model, testing the model on certain existing areas.

In the second part of the project analyzed the city of Kazan, identified problem areas, possible to carry out the reorganization. The potential capacity of urban spaces abandoned and identified available resources.
