medQuestion is a closed application for doctors and medical students that uses crowdsourcing
to help other doctors and medical students in diagnosis and treatment.
The project is the result of my Bachelor thesis research.
Which is the power of collective intelligence?
The application and its interface are the result of a constant comparison with doctors and medical students. Possible implementations include: integration into scientific database browsers and
a positive reinforcement system to encourage users to engage in problem solving (ECM, CFU).
The thesis book is largely composed of research on the sociological theory of the wisdom of the crowd,
collects examples and stories in which the crowd has made a fundamental
contribution to the resolution of problems.
