Balance Botanicals is all about fair trade and organic, ethically harvested and locally sourced herbs, spices, teas and more.

In the digital age of social media and online shopping, our goal with these short videos was to connect more people with local businesses and their community by introducing the people behind the businesses. The challenge was asking the right questions in the limited time we had to interview the owners in order to craft an interesting story.

With a bit of research about the business and taking the time to get to know the owner before conducting the interview, we were able to glean some important insights about Balance Botanicals, and use them as sources of inspiration for the story we wanted to tell about the owner and the business.

Again, with a bit of research, a genuine interest to learn about the person behind the business, and some post-production magic, the end product was a more more cohesive story that resonated with our talent, and the brand.
