They walk through the crowd protecting the taste of tradition. There are still a lot of customers buying it just to lead themselves to the aftertastes. The traditional bakery shop start from 1919. Today, the bakery has been past through 3 generation. However, it never goes out of style. They are still using their strove and hand-made to give the best food to customers. Why don’t they use the machine? I guess, they remind us to remember and often recall the old things.

The bakery shop is at JalanTan Hiokin Johor Bahru, Malaysia. There are several traditional shop such as Kopitiam, bun shop etc. The street is called “Culture Street”. Most of the artist display there.
Health is Wealth
A narrow entrance.
The uncle is making the curry bun.
The coconut bun make by their all staff.
The auntie is checking whether the bum is broken and she will make the bun better.
Their staffs look harmony with their boss, just like family.
-STOVE -
The man put the bun into the stove in this small area with the heat and dust layered up.
The fire is controlled by his son.
He must control it well to make the bun be tasty.
He, Boss.
Stay at the front door to control the crowd.
Time flies,
Therefore we must build a goodwill to the next generation,
To give them a good life.
