SFX: We hear muffled, tumultuous sounds of people yelling, trying to coordinate relief efforts and calling for assistance, saws cutting into stone and metal, sirens, helicopters and barking search dogs. Close up, we hear the sounds of a body struggling against stone and heavy breathing.
VO: This is what it sounds like after a bomb blast… trapped under 5 tons of rubble…without medical assistance…
SFX: Sirens stop.
VO: Without Search & Rescue
SFX: Sounds of helicopter and dogs barking stop.
VO: Without the equipment…
SFX: Sound of cutting saws stops.
VO: Without the volunteers…
SFX: Sound of people yelling to coordinate rescue effort stops.
VO: And without the funding…
SFX: Sound of first respondent outside calling for help stops.
