All images for this campaign were shot on location in Wales. From the outset this production had a very strong look and feel with a fantastic script, so coming up with the ideas for the campaign photography was a real pleasure.

This is the keyart image for the mainstream BBC One audience. This has been used in print, online and in merchandising.
This is the key art image for a youth audience and is designed to be seen primarily online and in social media. It works well in a number of different crops (square, panoramic etc). This image won Gold at Promax 2018 for Best Key Art.
Above are a small selection of some of my favourite unit shots from production. These images are hugely important to the marketing and publicity campaign.
This beautiful unit portrait of Lydia Wilson as Matilda became the teaser image for the campaign.
It's always interesting to see how the key art images also translate to merchandising and social media.
