This was where the packaging was when they approached Bakas Media asking for an update to their packaging. SWEET CO2 loves the state of Colorado, and wants to play up the elements that make Colorado so unique.

Many dispensaries weren't able to display the package effectively on hanging racks or in cases. Additionally, the font was hard to read. So we worked to simplify the font usage.

We knew we wanted a white-ish background to help the red and blue elements pop so we used a grove of aspen trees as the backdrop to give a texture that could only be from the Rocky Mountains.

One of the design challenges we ran into is how to give some flexibility to SWEET CO2 to differentiate different strains on the package. The solution was a blank matte band of white ink below the 200mg section where they could stamp it with whatever strain they wanted.

The new package design hangs neatly on dispensary racks now and can stand up in a display case without taking up much space.
