Decathlon Recruitment - Online

Online recruitment campaign for Decathlon - the world's largest sports goods company. Brand salience was the secondary objective. The campaign broke with teasers on facebook. Which led to videos on youtube that ended with a call to action on the facebook page. Part of the application process was to send videos that showed the candidates playing sports themselves. A unique career that called for a unique recruitment drive.

The videos shared on youtube highlighted a true sports-lover's dilemma in a regular job. Each film had a theme relevant to the company - find someone to share your passion here; your co-workers will be sports lovers too, and so on. Even Decathlon's recruitment process - which involves playing an actual sport as part of the interview, was incorporated in one script.
