Here is the process of how I did a cartoon portrait of George Washington from start to finish.

I start off as an Inspirational sketch from the reference photo of George Washington by Gilbert Stuart.

Next, I made a copy of the rough drawing of George Washington

Finally, I putted the colors into him which were based on the painting.

Here is the final version with the patriotic background and the text which says Happy President's Day.
