Dunking is an art form, and Turner Sports invited 10 artists from all over the world to immortalize some of the most iconic dunks in National Basketball Association All-Star Weekend history.
NBA TV is running Dunk-a-Thon programming throughout Thursday in advance of this year’s All-Star Weekend in New Orleans, and I was one of the artists invited to re-create moments such as Dwight Howard’s 2008 Superman dunk.
The artworks can be found on NBA TV’s Instagram account, with the hashtag #artofthedunk, as well as on the network’s Facebook page.
