The firm provides private placement, restructuring, strategic consulting, mergers and acquisition, divesture, and debt refinancing advisory services. AMA Capital Partners LLC was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Manhattan with additional offices in Oslo, Norway and Los Angeles, California.

Transfuture was hired to entirely reimagine AMA’s online presence. We designed a new custom site tailored to appeal specifically to the maritime shipping, investment and banking industries. After an exhaustive planning and research phase, we produced a specially curated selection of imagery and a new color palette that positions the firm’s aesthetic in a fresh contemporary light on both mobile and desktop devices.
