This model is from a sketch - it is influenced partly by insects/bugs like scorpions. I may add armor to the alien like in the sketch but I think the textures look good for now. I added some horns on the alien to add more menace. The texture is multi-layered and with beatle like markings on the main body. It is also available from Shapeways to print as a 3d model.
