Freshman Experience: Company Partners

Freshman Experience is University of Cincinnati's flagship curriculum for first-year business students. For two semesters, I photographed, filmed, and posted social media content featuring the journey of 600 freshmen as they networked with 29 partner companies, then divided into 45 teams to write their first business plan and pitch ideas to investors.

With minimal pre-existing resources, I established an execution structure from a faculty contact and paragraph description of the course, then built relationships with company liaisons, executives, and students to develop project messaging and content. The visual assets have been used in digital and print advertising which enhanced the college's social media presence, contributed to an increase in enrollment and improved national ranking.
