The pages are stored in a small handheld journal. This photograph shows a prior version of the headache tracker.
This is a custom daily headache tracker. Although there are many smartphone apps for this, my photophobia prevents me from using my phone too often. This log allowed me to quickly jot down notes of how my headaches were behaving.
The two pages are designed to be printed back to page so there would be one physical page used every day.
