Project background:
When i was deciding what topic should be my fyp, can also representative, Japan tsunami 2011 was happening while i was researching my topic, it caused by an 8.9-magnitude earthquake off the coast of northern Japan this morning has washed over farmland, swept away homes and roads and engulfed entire cities. Officials have already identified as many as 300 dead in the city of Sendai, with thousands of others missing.
The most immediate concern in the aftermath of the crisis is coordinating rescue efforts and identifying missing persons. Two digital tools launched by Google and crowd sourcing platform Ushahidi allow people in Japan and elsewhere to do that, using an Internet connection or SMS.
Solution
My idea is combined with service, Ushahidi, a crowd-sourcing platform that enables people to send in alerts about missing persons or other details about the crisis, has also launched a Japanese platform. People can send in the locations of trapped persons or victims in need of help — as well as the locations of aid resources, emergency medical teams or dangerous buildings — and the locations will be collected on a map,-- this is also the same as google people finder, but with this could be better:
Newsport, a software help you to define your location, send report to the crowd-center, real-time, volunteers will help to identify victims locations and provide helps to nearest help care centers by messages; also can allow people who is tracking on the news of their missing family, are able to keep tracking by symmetric search web 3.0 method, the machines well-known your browsing history, your phone contact number, your reading habit, to help you provide whatever u needs to read or knows , in a one app.
