BlackBerry Concierge, a context based concept, written in HTML/JavaScript, was demonstrated in November 2009 at the BlackBerry Developer's Conference (DevCon) held in San Francisco.   Later, based on a "Super Apps" webinar for developers, numerous bloggers speculated that this new look would be part of a future BlackBerry OS.
