In an effort to improve the company culture at Precoa, we launched an Employee Spotlight Campaign that highlighted a FTE each month. The idea was to create a way for staff who don't normally work together to get to know each other a little better, and have something to talk about while passing in the hallway. Each month, I created a social media post graphic, a printed poster and a digital display image. These designs included 3 new icons each month that visually communicated something unique about that employee.
