This is a newsletter we created to promote a unique Industrial project in Bhiwandi. It is unique in that it has excellent facilities, Built-to-Suit provisions and other features carefully conceived. This was a takeaway for people attending a presentation on Renaissance and was also sent as a Direct Mailer. The first page has articles specific to the industries that would be interested in Renaissance's industrial units. The 2nd page highlights the need for industrial infrastructure outside Mumbai in order to decongest the city. And the 3rd page talks about the unique features of Renaissance. We end with a full-page ad.
