The brief for the buytoolsonline.co.nz project was for both Illustration and graphic design.

I was commissioned to create Cartoon versions of the sponsored cars and truck, these illustrations were then to be used for promotional material, T-shirts and stickers.

The second part of the brief was to create poster designs for each of the race vehicles.

Brock Cooley's New Zealand V8 Touring car is the latest in the buytoolsonline.co.nz sponsor fleet of race and drag vehicles. I was tasked at short notice to draw this cartoon illustration of Brocks car for the use in promo stickers, but due to the small window before the cars first race meet, we ended up using the illustration for the promo posters when normally we would be using race photos to create the poster artwork.  In this case the sign writing hadn't been done by the time we needed to go to print on the promo material.
