XXX Corps Apparel

XXX Corps Apparel
XXX Corps (or 30 Corps) was the concept for anew British snowboard brand. The name is derived from the WWII British Army Corps involved in Operation Market Garden.

The concept for the brand was to draw on this historic military angle and invoke feelings of pride in a British born brand. Currently there is no British snowboard brand out there which challenges the likes of Burton but there has in recent years been a boom in smaller rider-driven snowboard companies which are doing well.

One of the board concepts I presented was the 'AIRFIX' which parodied another British obsession of making scale models of WWII airplanes etc. this tied in nicely with the big air aspect of freestyle snowboarding and the notion of snowboarding being an addiction.

In order to sell the concept of XXX Corps I was asked to create concepts for apparel...
I used a T-shirt mock-up template from GoMedia's Arsenal for all of the above presentations.
