Advertising has to reach a bevy of different audiences, using a variety of different methods and media. Our creative challenge here was to promote an exclusive developers event for Blackberry. So how do you reach this elusive market…. Online, and lurking in chat rooms. “Come Build with Us” included, online advertising, Facebook pages, micro sites, social media apps (build a lego avatar), micro blog seeding, as well as conference signage, a conference twitter feed, a developer blog, speaker support slides, huge lego blackberry devices with funky cool interactive screens, lego conference toys and sandbox, and of course branding style guides to make sure all vendors where keeping it “real” and consistent.
