At AOL, my primary project was to design an email newsletter template that could be leveraged across all teams within User Service. I took stock of the various emails already sent out by different departments and separated them into groups based on content and purpose.

I then did some market research on email templates that performed well in the wild and came up with three basic templates that could be used.

I synthesized the content into templates and gave new structure to the emails, as well as unified the branding elements used in them.
