A friend in college asked me to help with some poster designs to highlight the upcoming "Tunnel of Oppression" event.

 

The event itself was quite emotional and was designed to bring light to all the ways in which people around the world are oppressed from racism to sexism to ageism and more.

 

The photography and the design of the posters were designed to show students from different countries and cultures and evoke an emotional response. This is also why I chose to design in grayscale - to draw the eye to the people, their expressions and the overall contrast of black and white.
