Vogul is a concept shaping of the cars' exterior of Yekaterinburg’s municipal monorail system.
The concept dictates the implementation of a module system for monorail train composition. The cab, as a separate element, can be connected to a car on both sides, making it a head. Intercar coupling device on other side of the car makes it possible to form a monorail train.

The longitudinally varying shape of the car is dictated by the concept of arranging passengers inside.
When there are a lot of passengers inside of any transportation vehicle, the biggest number of people is commonly seen near the doors, while less space is occupied in the middle. The proposed car design solution provides more space near doors and less space in the middle where seats are situated. This space arrangement provides a more comfortable accommodation and movement of passengers inside the cars in the rush hours.
