Eaz - the club no one wants to join
Eaz is an online space that allows teenagers and young adults that have a relative with Alzheimer's or dementia to share their stories with someone going through the same situation. By promoting an open conversation about the subject, the users learn challenges of the disease and deal better with the situation they are in.
Eaz started as an effort to understand the impact of Alzheimer's on the target audience's lives. With a goal to discover the most efficient way of helping them deal with it in their families, the research concluded on this online community called eaz - the club no one wants to join.
The solution comes from the understanding that sharing and connecting creates a social resource to understand the situation better.
