This is 3D animated short film that i have made for my undergraduate thesis at STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta.

 

Title: Future Army vs Alien

Software: 3D Studio Max 2010, Adobe After Effect CS3, Adobe Audition 3.0

Synopsis: Earth was visited by Zork, an alien who intends to destroy the Earth's atmosphere. Zork managed to infiltrate the Earth and carry atmosphere destroyer device and intend to destroy the earth's atmosphere. Without the atmosphere, humans can not survive, so the Alien race can freely rule the earth. To prevent Zork's evil plan, Future Army sends his best troops, Rick to Face Zork.

This is the first 3D animated short film that I have made, I know this video is far from perfect, but I am grateful, by making this 3d animated movie, I can understand the steps in making of 3d animated films start from Modeling, Texturing, rigging and skinning, animating, rendering and Special Effects. although the results are still many things that look strange.
