T-Mobile: Retail Videos and Digital Signage

Concepting, design and production of videos and digital signage for T-Mobile retail stores nationwide by a team of internal and external resources. The retail-video team produced dozens of videos annually to support  T-Mobile's seasonal and quarterly promotional windows.
 
My role: Project management/production direction for a team of project managers/producers.  Oversaw scoping, budgeting/budget tracking, resource planning, scheduling, project status. Developed the pricing, resourcing and project-plan models fo 15+ videos per promotional window. Assisted with shot-list development for live-action sequences and asset sourcing.
 
Services/disciplines managed and directed: Discovery, concepting, design/storyboarding, motion design, 3D modeling, production and versioning/delivery.
