Children's picture book about fear of the dark
This story is about a little ghost who is afraid of the dark.I wrote the text of the fairy tale and made bright watercolor illustrations for it.This is a good reason to talk to your child about his fear of the dark and help him overcome it.
I used my experience to create illustrations using watercolors and pencils. Then I processed the drawings in Photoshop.
Now my book is participating in 2 children's book illustration competitions. It talks about an important topic: childhood fears and how to overcome them. The book itself is small, 24 pages, not counting the cover and endpaper.
It was an interesting experience of combining text and illustrations and creating a full-fledged picture book as an author and illustrator.I used a lot of glowing elements so that the night pages weren't too dark.
The layout is made immediately in a format suitable for printing. I'm looking for a publisher for my book.
