Pre-Care Guidelines: Before you start coloring your hair with Kerastem, follow these essential pre-care steps:

Avoid oiling your hair for at least 2 days before coloring.

Application Method 

Step 1: Apply the Scalp Protector To protect your scalp, use the Scalp Protector provided with the hair color kit: 

Part your hair and apply the Scalp Protector evenly to your entire scalp. 

Allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes before proceeding to color application. 

Step 2: Mix the Hair Color and Developer In a non-metallic bowl, mix the hair color and developer in a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 20 ml hair color + 20 ml developer): 

Stir the mixture thoroughly until it’s well blended and smooth. 

Step 3: Apply the Hair Color Follow these steps to apply the hair color: 

Start at the roots and work your way down to the ends, ensuring even distribution. 

Use a brush or applicator for precise application. 

Leave the color on for the recommended processing time (typically 25-35 minutes). 

Step 4: Rinse Out the Color After the processing time is complete: 

Rinse your hair thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water until the water runs clear. 

Avoid using shampoo during this initial rinse. 

Post-Care Guidelines Maintain your freshly colored hair with these post-care tips: 

Refrain from shampooing for 2-3 days to allow the color to set. 

Use lukewarm or cool water when washing your hair to prevent color fading. 

Invest in a color-protecting shampoo and conditioner to prolong the vibrancy of your hair color. 

Shield your hair from the sun’s UV rays by wearing hats or using UV protection products.
