Granny thunderstorms

Granny thunderstorms
My granny is always terribly afraid of thunderstorms. She is sure that the Lord will punish her with lightning from heaven for all her sins. “I don’t regret anything, baby, but I try to stay away from all that lightning,” she often told me.
And Aunt Ann, Granny’s best friend, always added: “Live in such a way that you would like to run away from heavenly punishment, baby, ha-ha-ha, but be kind to everyone.”
