CHALLENGE
RACV RoyalAuto wanted to increase their readership of ‘RA’, and remind members about the breadth of its communications offerings, as well publicise the availability of the electronic version of RA magazine as an iPad App.
SOLUTION
Catalyst Digital conceived the ‘RA Road Trip’— this user-controlled animated site strived to educate users about RA and at the same time promoted the benefits of membership. The animation would conclude with a user-form for competition entry.
Tying-in with this site was a Facebook App that allowed participants to personalise their ‘road trip’ by nominating certain friends, thereby promoting the competition on their pages.

OUTCOME
Over 30,000 entries were captured with over 50,000 people taking the ‘RA Road Trip’.
