E-Ring Dynamics
These are some schematics I designed for the final presentation of my summer internship at National Taiwan Normal University working in a theoretical astrophysics laboratory. We studied the particle dynamics within the Saturnian E-ring through a new approach: Hamiltonian analysis; and, at the same time, we were able to provide a suspect for the profile of a gas associated with peculiar non-Keplerian gas emissions around Enceladus from recent ALMA observations.

The only elements that are not mine are the PNG versions of Saturn, Enceladus, and the Cassini spacecraft which are images from NASA. You are more than welcome to use these graphics if they are useful to you! Just contact me and make sure to give me proper credit by citing my name: Alejandro Hernández García
Overview of the Saturn E-Ring System
Particles/Icy Grains escaping the Hill Sphere of Enceladus.
Sublimated Charged Icy Grains. The charged icy grains around Enceladus undergo sublimation via thermal processing, exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the Sun, or other radiation mechanisms that take place in interplanetary space.
