PIVX is an open-source and decentralized peer-to-peer currency featuring advanced user data protection features, community governance mechanisms, Proof of Stake consensus algorithm, and multi-purpose Masternodes.
At the beginning of 2020 PIVX Community started considering branding and website refresh. New logo and web-design concept were created and soon after I joined to help make this vision a reality. I've helped design and develop PIVX multilingual website with handmade icons and graphics. With the help of dedicated PIVX Community members I've completed various projects supporting development and promotion of the PIVX brand. I've also created scores of images for Social Media promotion of many different events.
Web-design and Frontend Development
PIVX.org web app was created using PHP Symfony framework.
My job was to:
- develop and implement the new design concept for the entire website content
- build templates and reusable partials in HTML5 using TWIG template engine
- build styles using CSS3 in SASS style sheet language
- create and optimize custom SVG icons and images
- build and edit YAML files for multiple languages
- edit YAML configuration files
- direct JS developer to maintain the flow of animations across the website
After a long process of design and development were finished I have continued maintenance and updates.
