On November 17 to 18, 2023, a Training Team Building Customer Contact and Command Center activity was held by Telexindo Bizmart’s client, United Tractors Command Center (UT Call). Carrying the theme “I can’t but we can”, the two-day activity was carried out with full meaning and success.
On this occasion, I was given the task of developing capacity building games consisting of Hunting Clue, The Roullet, Cross the line, Escae The Ball, Follow The Leader to Avatar (final game).
In this project, I was involved in making game concepts, making the entire game instructions, making the scoring mechanism, formulating insights, and becoming the game leader during the event.
