Reception Area : After walking through a narrow corridor, one enters a reception area, one side of which is a glass partition, where one gets a full view of the open workstation area. This area boasts Italian marble flooring and a nine-and-a-half-foot-long reception table cast in glass-reinforced concrete with an ambient cove light underneath the counter and a floating wood finish top counter. On the opposite side, there is a waiting area with comfortable sofa seating. A full-height storage for electrical panels placed next to the seating has a small niche with glass shelves to exhibit awards and certificates. The ring-shaped suspended light above the space creates a pleasant and inviting ambience.

Conference Room (Top Left) : The conference room has a long Corian top table by which 11 people can sit comfortably at a time. This elongated room has a glass facade on the side facing the windows, allowing natural light into the space. This facade can easily be covered with roller blinds to conduct private meetings. Meeting Room (Top Right) : The general idea throughout the office was to encourage interaction and discussion whenever and wherever possible. The result is such that in addition to abundantly provided data and telephone points, most of the walls are clad with back-painted glass that one can scribble on to ease discussions. Cabin 4 (Bottom 2) : The cabins are provided with ample storage space with full-height units such as the cabinet installed in cabin 4 and intended to be used by sub-directors.

Cabin 1 (Top Left) : This cabin is used by one of the directors who was the heading software development part of the company. He had studied and worked in USA for some time and was very fond of their way of working which meant that he had most of his meetings in his cabin and were 'stand-up' meetings. Hence, his cabin has been planned with his hydraulic table on one corner of the cabin with ample space to stand around for discussions. The lighting scheme of the entire office has been designed to use direct light only in areas where required. For example, most cabins have cove lights that span entire spans of the cabin ceilings on two sides to give ambient indirect light and the second layer of lighting is the hanging LED lights over tables, etc. which require more light for working.
Cabin 2 (Bottom 2) : This cabin is used by one of the directors whose requirement was to have a small informal seating in his cabin where he could conduct a quick meeting. This director is keen on managing his time therefore his cabin is equipped with a TV screen and a large back painted glass on which he is most likely to schedule his tasks, see his line of work and interact with his employees. Cabin 3 (2 Top Right) : This room is used by the most senior director of the office, a person in his late 60s with a very simple demand to have a resting space. A cosy sofa is placed in his cabin where he can relax and unwind during his breaks.

Refreshment Zone (Top 2) : The refreshment area is designed to be an informal space where the employees were to come for a cup of coffee, a game of chess or Xbox or just a chat. Various 3D visualization studies were prepared before finalizing a retro-like theme with contrast-coloured tiles and laminates coupled with colourful informal furniture pieces. Pantry (Bottom Left) : The staff can warm their food or store it in a refrigerator in a small pantry next to the refreshment area that has basic kitchen equipment. Prayer/Resting Room (2 Bottom Left) : The function of the resting room is probably the most varied one in the office despite it being the smallest room. It had to cater to needs like a resting space for an ill or pregnant employee, a prayer room for religious employees especially Muslims who offer prayers five times a day, interviewing probable future employees and also conducting video conferencing if a single person wishes to do so.

Toilet 1 (Left 2) : The design of the restrooms for men and women is simple and clean with the use of grey toilet cubicles along with grey and white grid tiles. It is a well-lit space equipped with decent sanitarywares and fittings like automatic sensor faucets, toilet seat cover dispensers, soap dispensers, tissue paper holders, and hand driers. Toilet 3 Executive (Right) : In the restroom to be used by executive personnel Carrara marble is used with blue 4x4 piccolo velvet mosaic tiles, giving the space a sense of style by elevating the space and giving it a royal rich look.

Workstation Area : The workstation area is strategically positioned facing the building's windows, which allows natural light to illuminate the space during the day. The cabins and other office spaces are arranged in a way that surrounds the workstation area, with only glass partitions separating them, apart from the floor-height wooden doors. This creates a transparent work environment, making the entire workspace open and visible. The open workstation area has been kept as clean and open as possible and nothing blocks the view of the entire area apart from a structural column. The modular workstation used in this area has been kept a little informal by using bright blue and yellow colours in combination with wooden laminate tops and a single white back-painted glass partition between the personnel sharing a desk. The under-desk storage of the workstation has a cushioned top and can be pulled out for extra seating. There are also stand-up desks provided near the windows that can encourage employees to stand, change their working position and promote movement throughout the day. The most striking feature in this area is a metal Armstrong ceiling which has been designed on two levels, one is a perforated metal ceiling over the passage area at a higher level and the second is a plain white metal ceiling over workstations at a lower level.
