Volterra
Our postcard series come to a new chapter, here is another Tuscan Jewel: Volterra, aka the world’s alabaster capital. The city is enclosed by a medieval wall dating back to the 13th century, also fascinating are the 6 ancient gates that still provide access to the city today.
