Volkswagen Sales Academy: Marketing Campaign


Overview:
This work encapsulates the new employer sales academy campaign from strategic positioning to internal / external launch campaigns and the implementation of numerous communication media in terms of content and design with impactful marketing assets.

The corporate design picks up on the iconic colors blue and white and reinterprets a familiar design for Volkswagen. The characteristic colors, illustrations and visual language lend the brand appearance its own unmistakable character. In particular, the colors can be used flexibly and playfully as style elements, depending on the occasion and format. The aim is to create a system with which the corporate design functions as flexible as possible, allows a variety of design options and is still consistent and recognizable.
