Elevating itself above the ground, the Plateau Pavilion stands as a remarkable creation by Renesa, showcasing the Kohler "Sveda" in an unforgettable experience. Inspired by the strength of rising above the surroundings, the Pavilion embodies a contemporary form while remaining connected to its humble origins of borrowing from nature.
As one approaches the Pavilion, the entrance openings extend outward from the sloping facade, creating inviting portals that offer a glimpse of the captivating interior space. Playing with contrasting colors of sand and white, the interiors announce their presence through the openings, the exterior itself is dressed in minimal modesty of plain white.
Stepping inside, visitors are immediately greeted by the protagonist—the "Sveda"—enveloped within a shelter of angled contours. These angular contours traverse the space in various forms, converging at a focal point where a stretched ceiling light accentuates the nucleus of the room—the "Sveda" itself.
An ensemble of piston columns encircles the nucleus, guiding one's gaze from a deliberated central stage towards its anti-thesis, the realm of the indeterminate nature. In this interplay between the built and the unbuilt, the Pavilion alludes to the essence of the protagonist- a contemporary Kohler product that seamlessly merges sophisticated technology with organic, natural forms.
