An important task was to develop a project for a private house with an area of 200 m2 for a private customer in the American style. It had to be modern, designed for a family with two children and separate wardrobe rooms in each bedroom.
Also, it was very important to integrate the two-car garage into the house and make a separate entrance from it to the house.
The area of the plot is 12 acres, the area of the house is 200 m2.
