LES 3 VIOLETTES
ABOUT BRAND
Les 3 Violettes represents the 3 beautiful sisters (Mimi, Marie and Jocelyne)
who are the muses of the brand. The violet is a flower of subtle seductiveness and elegance.
But above all, it is the nickname a mother gave to her three daughters.
Les 3 Violettes is 3 women, 3 stories and 3 personalities that embody the plurality of all women.
Brand advocates self-confidence and self-acceptance by offering wedding dresses for women
of all personalities, cultures and shapes.
The heart of clients will be in Paris but the objective of the brand is to target the whole of France.
Les 3 Violettes' main target audience is women with Afro-Caribbean roots. In this sense,
the brand is essentially unique compared to others. And this strength will allow the brand to stand out and carve a niche for itself in France and internationally.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to create brand that evokes feelings of love and trust, and also represents wonder and enchantment, dreaminess, inspiration and self-confidence.
Also needed to create a design that combined light skin tones with
a charming purple color that represents the brand.
The key is to create beautiful colors that showcase all the elegance of the brand.
THE SOLUTION
The idea behind the brand logo was to reflect the brand's values by combining luxury,
elegance with tenderness, love and inspiration.
Therefore, the font chosen for the typographic part of the logo is Aboreto, a modern luxury
and contrasting sans serif font. Its stateliness and elegance fills the logo with charm.
The number three is handwritten. Many variations of it were made, but in the end, the result was
the one that fulfills all the desired feelings that the brand should evoke. The "3" incorporates several metaphors. In its line, you can see the heart, the petals and the airiness of the wedding dress.
As for the color palette, it consists of three shades of purple that reflect each of the sisters. Three sisters-violets — three shades of violet. The fourth shade is a light beige (light skin tone).
It was chosen to complement and balance the bright and warm shades of violet.
